Know All Things
Foundation Statement: The Holy Spirit will give
you supernatural knowledge enabling you to miss destruction and experience the
fullness of God’s blessing in your life.
I.
Three reasons why it’s important to be led by the Spirit
A.
The more led by the spirit you are the more
free you’ll be (Less bondage to the curse)
B.
The more led by the spirit you are the more
effective you be
C.
The more led by the spirit you are the less
destruction you will see
II.
People who are not led by the Holy Spirit will lack knowledge and experience
destruction on some level - Hosea 4:6-People are destroyed because they don’t
know enough
A.
You need to know what the Word says b/c from
that foundation the Holy Spirit will speak to you-John 8:31,32,
1.
It’s true that many people are destroyed b/c
they don’t know the Word; There are also people who know what the words says
& are endeavoring to do what it says, but still are destroyed b/c the lack
the leading of the Holy Spirit
2.
The HS is going to lead u into all the truth;
He does that by speaking to u-Jn16:13
3.
John 8:32-Continuing in the Word will enable
you to know the truth & you’d know the truth b/c the Holy Spirit led you
into it & He led you into it b/c you continued in the Word of God
a.
Continuing in the Word OF God is key to hearing the Word FROM God
b.
The greater your foundation of the word is
the more widely the HS can speak to u
B.
The Bible doesn’t directly answer everything you’ll face in life (Who to
marry? Where to go to church? What seed to sow? Where to invest?)
1.
The choices you make are vital in life-Deuteronomy
30:19
a.
Judgment is simply the result of the choices
you make
b.
Judgment can be good if you made the right
choices
c.
The choices you make today, determine the
results you get tomorrow
2.
You have help to make the right choices; the
Holy Spirit is there to see to it that you don’t make choices that cause you to
end up and a place you don’t want to be
a.
If you lack knowledge and make a wrong choice
you’ll be cutoff
b.
The answer to a million and one questions is
“Be led”
C.
Lacking knowledge is very dangerous; lack of
knowledge results in destruction

The fool-one who despises wisdom
a.
Proverbs 3:35-The wise inherit glory, but
shame shall be the promotion of fools
b.
Proverbs 10:8,10-The prating fool shall fall
c.
Proverbs 10:21-Fools die for want of wisdom
d.
Proverbs 11:28-The fool shall be servant to
the wise at heart
e.
Proverbs 12:15-The way of fool is right in
his own eyes (he doesn’t know enough)
f.
Proverbs 15:5-A fool despises his Father’s
instruction
g.
Pr 17:21-He that begats
a fool does it to his sorrow; the father of a fool has no joy

Proverbs 17:25-A foolish son is grief to his
father and bitterness to her that bare him
i.
Proverbs 18:2-A fool has no delight in
understanding

Pr 23:9-Speak not in the ears of a fool: for
he will despise the wisdom of your words

a.
Proverbs 2:6-The Lord gives wisdom; out of
His mouth comes knowledge & understanding

Proverbs 2:11-Understanding will keep you

Proverbs 3:13-Happy is the man who finds
wisdom and who has understanding

Proverbs 4:5-13-Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. 6 Forsake her
not, and she shall preserve thee:
love her, and she shall keep thee. 7
Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy
getting get understanding. 8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring
thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her. 9 She
shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown
of glory shall she deliver to thee. 10 Hear, O my son, and receive my
sayings; and the years of thy life shall

Proverbs 13:15-Good understanding gives favor

Proverbs 16:16,22-How much better is it to get
wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to
be chosen than silver! Understanding is
a wellspring of life unto him that hath it

Proverbs 19:8-He that keeps understanding
shall find good
h.
Proverbs 8:1-36-The many benefits of wisdom
D.
Jesus never lacked knowledge, always knew
what to do, & was never cutoff-destroyed
1.
John 8:59-People picked up stones to kill him
– What do you do? Do you confess the Word, do you pray, do you beg them?
He only did what the Father told him to do and the Father must have told him to
walk through midst of them?
2.
John 8:3-7-They want
to kill this woman & quoted the Word to Jesus? What do u do?
III.
You got someone living in you who knows it all-1 Corinthians 2:9-12
A.
You have the Holy Spirit so that you can KNOW something
1.
When you’re not led of Him you’re not
accessing that knowledge that comes from Him and people are destroyed because
they lack knowledge
B.
You have the Holy Spirit so that you can KNOW
the things freely given to you
1.
Know-Knowledge, understanding, comprehend,
and experience
2.
What God has prepared for you is revealed by
His spirit to your spirit
3.
The Holy Spirit reveals it to you and then
leads you to the experience of it
a.
We’ve been trying to get the experience w/o
the leading of the Holy Spirit and it can’t happen
4.
When you’re not being led of Him it limits
your ability to experience these things God has freely given to you (people are
cut off b/c they lack knowledge)
a.
The more led of the Sprit you are the more
fully you’re experience and partake of all that Jesus died so that you could
have (the less cut off you’ll be)
C.
Nobody knows you like your spirit does;
nobody knows God like His spirit knows Him

The Holy Spirit examines everything-10AMP
D.
Somebody who knows everything about
everything lives in me
1.
1 John 2:20-You have an anointing to know all
things
2.
If you have an anointing to know everything,
then you have the potential to be cutoff from nothing
3.
You don’t need someone to teach you who is a
screwball
E.
It’s not enough to just live in blind faith
you have to add to that the leading of the spirit
1.
EX: Jesse turning the lights off in the
ministry saved hundreds of thousands
2.
EX: Jesse missing out on a million dollar
return
