The Mystery Of Believing, Speaking & Seeing-Part 2

Foundation Statement: Your life in this natural world is matching what you’ve been saying

 

I.      Believing, speaking, and seeing is a mystery of the Kingdom (Matthew 13:10)

A.    There are things in this new system of God, that are going to be beyond your human comprehension and you’re going to have to receive them by faith

1.     Satan likes to keep mysteries of the Kingdom covered, because it keeps us from reaching our potential in God; It’s God’s will that we understand these mysteries

B.     Mark 11:23-He started it off w/ verily b/c it’s going beyond their human comprehension

1.     Mysteries of the Kingdom have to be revealed by the Spirit & although it doesn’t take Him long to reveal it, it takes time for you to receive; Mysteries have depth

2.     There are people who heard this preached and got excited and inspired without getting understanding and Satan stole it from them; they left it

II.     From the beginning there’s always been a connection between what a person said and what they had in the natural realm

A.    Gen 1, Ps 33:6-God spoke & had what he said; What God said, He saw come 2 pass

1.     God had darkness, but spoke light & the natural realm matched what he said

B.     Matthew 21:21-Jesus said we could do this  

1.     Why is he talking to a tree? B/C he knows natural things will respond to Words

2.     Mark 11:22-23-Jesus teaches us that we can have what we say

3.     There’s a connection between what a man has in the natural world & what he says

C.    How does this work?-You’re going to bring things forth in your life based on what’s in your heart and coming out your mouth (Matthew 12:34, Proverb 18:21, 4:23)

1.     Your heart is connected to your mouth and your mouth is connected to your life

a.      What you believe you will speak, what you speak you will have

b.      Your natural world will match what you’re believing and saying  

2.     Their lives matched what they said (1 Sam 17:45, Num 14:28, Dan 3, Mark 5)

a.      What you’re not saying with your mouth will not come to pass in your life

D.    Jesus & God operated this way; we are 2 operate this way (Mk 4:35, Lk 13:8)

1.     Religion will not teach you to act like God, but when you come into the Kingdom another mystery is that you are to act just like him (Ephesians 5:1)

2.     Romans 5:17, Revelation 1:6-You were made to rule with your words

III.   Uncovering the mystery: The natural realm was created by believing and speaking and it was created to respond to believing and speaking

A.    Where did this natural world come from?

1.     God, who is a Spirit, spoke words, and believed that what he said would come to pass and created every natural thing (John 4:24, Psalm 33:6)

a.      God used His words and His faith and created the natural world

b.      Everything in this world directly or indirectly was created by God, who is a spirit, speaking words of faith (Heb 11:3)

1)      What you see was created by God who is spirit, speaking words of faith

2.     The natural came from the spiritual

a.       The creator always has dominion over the creation

1)      EX: A car is created by a man and therefore is subject to a man

3.     Spirit has dominion/control/power over natural

a.      The natural was created by spirit and therefore is subject to spirit

b.      That’s why Jesus could walk on water b/c he’s spirit; that’s why he could multiply the fish and loaves; that’s why he could walk through angry people unharmed; that’s why he could touch a leper and not get leprosy because he’s a spirit operating as a spirit through a body above the natural

1)      He’s not subject to water, natural lack, death, leprosy; they’re subject 2 him

c.      The more you learn to operate out of your spirit the more dominion you’ll operate in, in the natural realm

d.      Satan wants you governed by your flesh because it keeps you from dominion

B.     This natural world was created by words; Words become things

1.     Words are seeds and the job of a seed is to become (Luke 8:11)

2.     Gen 3:15, Is 53, 9:6, Jer 23:5, Lk 1,Jn 1:14-Words became physical flesh

3.     Proverbs 4:22, Psalm 107:20-Words became physical healing to flesh

4.     John 8:32-Words become physical freedom

5.     Mark 4:35-Peace was words first.  Be still was words first.  Words became. 

6.     Mark 11:12-Words became a cursed tree

7.     1 Samuel 17:45-Words became victory

8.     Daniel 3:16-Words became deliverance

C.    Things created with faith and words can be changed, altered, and controlled by faith and words; Things created by words will respond to words

1.     9-God created the sea and dry land with His Words-Mark 11:23, Mark 4:35

2.     11-12-God told to Earth to bring forth and it brought forth-Mark 11:12

3.     16-God made the moon and the son with His Words-Joshua 10:12

4.     2:7-God made your body with dirt that was made by His words-Mark 7:33

5.     2:11-12-God made gold with His Words

D.    God, who is a spirit, spoke this natural realm into existence

1.     Genesis 2:7-Speaking-spirits-We were created to believe, speak and have it

a.      Natural things respond to speaking spirits

2.     When we load our heart with the word and speak from our spirit in faith we can change natural things with our words

3.     Things haven’t been responding to our words b/c we’ve been speaking from our head or an unloaded heart

E.     Manipulation & unbelief will quench the spirit of this-If you’re going to try to speak to something to see if this works, you have the wrong motive & you’re not in faith 

IV.   Your world has been formed by and is subject to your words (James 3:6)

A.    Proverbs 18:21-Your state of living is in your mouth

1.     CEV-Words can bring death or life! Talk too much, and you will eat everything you say.

2.     NLT-The tongue can bring death or life those who love to talk will reap the consequences.

B.     Proverbs 16:24-The right words will bring healing to your body; the wrong words would make your body sick

1.     NLT- Kind words are like honey; sweet to the soul and healthy for the body

2.     CEV-Kind words are like honey—they cheer you up and make you feel strong.

3.     MSG- Gracious speech is like clover honey; good taste to the soul, quick energy for the body

4.     NCV- Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, making people happy and healthy

C.    Your prosperity effect your prosperity

1.     Proverbs 12:14-The better you talk, the more satisfied you’ll be

a.      NIV- From the fruit of their lips people are filled with good things

b.      NLT-Wise words bring many benefits,

c.      GNT- Your reward depends on what you say and what you do; you will get what you deserve

d.      ESV-From the fruit of his mouth a man is satisfied with good

e.      HCSB- A man will be satisfied with good by the words of his mouth

f.       CEV-We are rewarded or punished for what we say and do.

g.      MSG- Well-spoken words bring satisfaction; well-done work has its own reward

2.     Proverbs 18:20-Your words can hinder your dreams & desires from manifesting

a.      HCSB- From the fruit of his mouth a man's stomach is satisfied; he is filled with the product of his lips

b.      GNT- You will have to live with the consequences of everything you say

c.      NCV- People will be rewarded for what they say; they will be rewarded by how they speak

d.      NLT- Wise words satisfy like a good meal; the right words bring satisfaction

e.      CEV- Make your words good you will be glad you did.

f.       GW- A person’s speaking ability provides for his stomach. His talking provides him a living.

D.    Your deliverance

1.     Proverbs 13:3-You’re mouth can protect you or make your vulnerable

a.      NLT- Those who control their tongue will have a long life; opening your mouth can ruin everything.

b.      GW- Whoever controls his mouth protects his own life. Whoever has a big mouth comes to ruin.

c.      NCV- Those who are careful about what they say protect their lives, but whoever speaks without thinking will be ruined

d.      GNT- Be careful what you say and protect your life. A careless talker destroys himself

2.     Proverbs 6:2-Your words could keep you in bondage or set you free

a.      CEV-You are trapped by your own words

3.     Proverbs 21:23-Your mouth can get in you trouble and keep you out of trouble

a.      CEV-Watching what you say can save you a lot of trouble.

b.      GW- Whoever guards his mouth and his tongue keeps himself out of trouble.

c.      GNT-If you want to stay out of trouble, be careful what you say

d.      MSG- Watch your words and hold your tongue; you'll save yourself a lot of grief

4.     Proverbs 12:6-You’re mouth could deliver you or keep you in bondage

a.      NIV-The words of the wicked lie in wait for blood, but the speech of the upright rescues them

b.      NLT-The words of the wicked are like a murderous ambush, but the words of the godly save lives
