The Ambassadors Withdrawl

I.      The ambassadors withdraw

A.     EXAMPLE: A person in the United States government gets promoted to be an ambassador in a foreign land.  He is called before the President to receive his assignment and find out what he’s supposed to do.  The President gives the newly appointed ambassador his assignment and it is as follows: 1) Build 3 major hospitals in 3 major cities. 2) Set up a new economical plan that will have this country completely out of poverty in 20 years.  3) Restructure their education system by training teachers and building new schools.  The ambassador says, “I’ll do it Mr. President.”  The President then goes on to say, we don’t have a place for you to live, a car for you to drive, money for you to spend, or food for you to eat, so you’re going to have to figure something out on your own where that’s concerned.  Also you’re going into a hostile land and we can’t offer you any protection.  The ambassador says, Okay sir, and leaves the office.  The ambassador makes his way over to this nation on a boat.  He gets there and the first thing he thinks is that he has to find a way to make money so that he can live.  So he goes and gets a job working in a field 50 hours a week because he has to pay for his food, the broken-down hut he lives in, and the little moped that he rides around in.  He does that and five years go by and he hasn’t even began to think about that three-step assignment that he has because he’s been too busy working and earning  provision for his life.  He walks the streets everyday with a shirt that says “USA loves me”, a hat that says “I’m a child of USA”, with a USA Flag on the back of his beat up moped.  And the natives think to themselves if the USA loves him so much why don’t they do something for him?  They surmise that either the USA doesn’t love Him because if they did they would provide for him or the USA does love him and it’s a broke place.

1.      It’s unjust for the President to give an assignment and not provide what’s necessary to complete that assignment

a.      God’s not going to call to the Earth and expect you to earn the provision that you need, while at the same time completing the vision

2.      The ambassador is not properly representing the USA because the USA is not broke

a.      When the ambassador is rich he is giving those native people a glimpse of what the USA is really like

b.      We are supposed to give the world a glimpse of what Heaven is like

B.      There is a way of making a withdraw for the ambassador

1.      EXAMPLE: The same example as above, but now the president says all the provision that you need to complete this assignment we have for you.  Now when you have a need that isn’t there already here’s the procedure to get what you need: Take these forms and fill them out they will tell us what you need and why you need it.  When you fill these forms out and send them over to us you will receive what you’re asking for.  The ambassador gets over there and the first day he has a need and he calls the president and tells him what he needs.  The president says okay well just fill out the form and we’ll get it to you.  The ambassador begins begging and crying and asking the president if he can have what he needs. The president responds the same way.  Years go by and for every need the ambassador has he does the same thing, and the president can’t get any provision to him because the ambassador won’t follow the proper procedure to make the withdrawal.

2.      When an ambassador in a foreign land has a need there is a procedure that he has been instructed to follow to receive the meeting of that need

a.      He must follow the proper procedure laid out by His king

1)       He can’t just go about getting this need met any old way that he wants to

2)       He’s been told how to receive what he needs from home by his king

b.      There’s a SPECIFIC WAY to receive what he needs from home

1)       If he will go about receiving the things that he needs the way his government told him to, then any need he has he can get met

3.      We got to understand the procedure of how to receive what we need from home

a.      Many believers don’t know the procedure, consequently they aren’t receiving what they need from home

II.     The provisions and protection necessary to complete your assignment, Heaven has already provided

A.     Your provision is waiting on you

1.      When does the provision get there for the ambassador?  Is he waiting on it, or is it waiting on him?

B.      Ephesians 1:3-4 – God chose you and blessed you with all spiritual blessings before the foundation of the world

1.      Jehovah Jireh – The God who sees and provides

a.      Jireh – see, provided

2.      Before the foundation of the world God saw into the future and saw what you need and then he provided it before you ever needed it so that when you needed it you wouldn’t have to wait on it (Matthew 6:8)

a.      EX: When a person is having a baby preparations are being made for that baby before he or she ever gets there

C.     2 Pet 1:3-4-If it has to do with zoe life of God and being like God you already have it

D.     1 Peter 1:3-5 – Before the foundation of the world God created an account in Heaven filled it with everything that you would ever need here on this Earth

1.      Money is there, cars are there, clothes are there, houses are there

E.      People are cut off because of what they do no know how to get it out (Hosea 4:6)

III.   You don’t ask for what God has already been given to you, you place a demand on what’s already yours (Matthew 6:8, 7:7,11, John 15:7)

A.     If everything has been provided then why ask for it?

1.      Aiteo – Is the word commonly used with reference to prayer. It presents the petitioner as an inferior asking from a superior. It is not, however, asking in the sense of the word beg, but rather that of a child making request of its father. The petitioner places a demand both because of his need and of the assurance that he is welcome. He is assured before he demands that the petition has already been granted, if he found it in the book

a.      Demand with full expectation to receive what was firmly requested

B.      Matthew 6:8-11 – Because he knows what you have need of before you demand it from him pray like this

IV.   How do I get what I need from the unseen to the seen (Mark 11:24)

A.     To place a demand on what’s yours, u take the steps necessary to make a withdraw

1.      We’ve been trying to work for what’s already in the account instead of receiving what’s already ours

2.      Don’t be deceived into working for something that’s already in your account

3.      You don’t work for it you receive it by faith

B.      Faith then reaches into your unseen account and manifests what you need in the seen – The faith transfer

1.      Faith took the thing from a unmanifested desire to a tangible thing that I’m holding in my hands

2.      As long as it’s a thing that you’re demanding then it’s a thing that you do not have yet in the natural

a.      The way that I get the thing from the state or condition of am unmanifested desire to having it manifested in my hands is believe that I receive

1)       “Believing that you receive” will take you to “having them”

C.     At some point in that prayer I have to express with words that I have believed that I have received it if I’m ever going to see it manifest

1.      If I’m ever going to be what I’m desiring to be in the natural or have what I’m desiring to have in the natural, then at some point between the first word of that prayer and “amen” I’m going to have to express that I believe am I something that I am not yet in the natural and that I believe that I have something that I have not yet in the natural

a.      When I pray I believe that I have what I do not see and then I will have it where I can see it

2.      For it to be a prayer of faith I have to believe that I am something or I have something that I can’t yet see with my physical eyes

a.      Bible faith is believing something that you can’t see

b.      Hebrews 11:1 (AMP) – NOW FAITH is the assurance (the confirmation, the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

c.      EXAMPLE: “Help me Holy Spirit” – What you’re desiring is help.  The Bible said He is your helper so when you ask him to help you, you are implying that he’s not helping you at the present time and in turn you’re implying that he’s not doing what the word said he would do.  To receive help this is your prayer: Holy Spirit you’re my helper & I thank you that you’re helping me right now

3.      A person who prays, “God please heal me” has yet to express the real Bible-Kind-Of Faith & consequently the principles aren’t in place to make the withdraw

a.      They say that they’re expressing faith b/c they believe God can heal them

b.      That’s not what God told them to believe --- It did not say, “When you pray believe that I can and you will receive.”

c.      A sinner knows God can, a religious person says I know God will, but a person of faith who sees results says, “I know God already has & I already am.”

D.     There’s a way for an ambassador to receive what he needs from home and if he wants to receive what he needs from home then he better go about that the way the king said; This is not being picky, this is doing it God’s way

E.      Making the Withdraw

1.      You get the word

2.      You put the word in your heart

a.      That’s transforming what you believe

b.      If the faith isn’t there, the transfer can’t be made

3.      You think, talk, and act like you already have it

a.      Your thoughts, your words, and your actions expose your true belief

b.      You walk in love

V.    The main reason that a lot of believers haven’t plugged into this kind of provision & protection is b/c they’ve yet to look to God as their source & they continue to run to the world’s system

A.     To get this kind of provision and protection you got to work the Kingdom of God

B.      To get this kind of provision and protection God has to be your only source

C.     God needs me rich, wealthy, and healthy
