Kingdom Assignment

I.      The assignment for mankind hasn’t changed since the Garden of Eden (Genesis 1:26-28)

A.     Man has been given an assignment to replenish the whole Earth

1.      Fruitful – Increase, grow, bring forth, bring fruit, make fruitful

2.      Multiply – Be or become great, many, much, numerous, multiply (of people, animals, things), to be or grow great, to make large, enlarge, increase, to make much, make many, have many, to multiply, to make much to do, do much in respect of, to increase greatly or exceedingly, to make great, enlarge, do much, abundance

3.      Replenish – fill, full, fulfill, overflow, satisfy, abundance

4.      Subdue – To subject, subdue, force, keep under, bring into bondage, make subservient, dominate, tread down

5.      Dominion - rule, dominion, take, prevail, reign, ruler

6.      Psalm 8:4-8 – Man was made to have dominion over the works of God’s hands

B.      God formed man’s body with dust of the Earth, but he created the spirit of man with his words (Genesis 2:7)

1.      Genesis 1:26 – The Word’s that God spoke to create man and man became a speaking spirit like God

a.      Genesis 1:28 – The first words that man ever heard

2.      Genesis 2:8 – God created man and put man in the Garden of Eden because His will was that man live on this Earth never knowing one day of lack

a.      Eden – Pleasure, Luxury, Delight, Paradise,

3.      Here Adam stands inside the Garden of Eden with an assignment to fill the whole Earth up with that Garden that he’s standing in (Genesis 2:7-8)

a.      That Garden was a spot and it was man’s job to turn the Earth into the Garden of Eden – To bless the whole Earth

C.     God’s plan for the Earth and man did not change because of Adam’s sin 

1.      God’s got the whole Earth on his mind

a.      Gen 9:1,7- Noah

b.      Gen 12:3, 18:18, 22:18-Abraham

c.      Gen 26:4-Isaac

d.      Gen 28:13-14-Jacob

II.     Our assignment is to manifest the Garden of Eden everywhere we go

A.     Jesus was sent by the Father to bring Heaven to the Earth

1.      Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil (1 John 3:8)

a.      Destroy – Undo, loosen, destroy, dissolve, untie,  break, put off, melt, to loosen undo dissolve anything bound, to do away with, overthrow

b.      Whatever Satan did Jesus came to reverse

1)       He came to take it back to the place where it was before Satan did anything

2.      Galatians 3:13-14 – He came to redeem us from the curse of the law

a.      In the Garden Adam was deemed free from curse, Jesus came to re-deem us from the curse

b.      He came to reverse sin, sickness, disease, poverty, and lack

3.      Wherever Jesus went there was no trace that the devil had ever been in town (Matthew 11:4, 15:29-31, 14:15-21)

a.      Everywhere Jesus went there was a reversal of that curse

b.      It’s time to get some things reversed in our lives

1)       It’s time for 180 degree turn

B.      The way God sent him, he sent us (John 17:18)

1.      We are sent with the same assignment to bring Heaven into the Earth; we are the ones sent to walk out what he did

a.      Jesus came to get us back to the place where man operated in before the fall; he came to get us hooked back up to the Father so that we could operate like Adam did in the Garden (Matthew 28:18)

1)       We can go now because all power both and Heaven and Earth has been given unto him and when we go in that name that power is what backs us

2)       I’m backed by Heaven and sent to destroy that curse

b.      Matthew 10:7-8

1)       We want to make so that every where we go there is no trace that Satan has ever been in town

2.      Mark 16:14-20

a.      Go into the world – We are sent into the World

1)       People have brought people to church, but that builds the wrong image because you’re not going to church

a)      Matthew 16:13 – People have thought that they are coming to church the church is not a building

b)      When that idea gets inside the world becomes the enemy and outside the church walls is your enemy

c)      That’s not your enemy out there, that’s your assignment

2)       It doesn’t make any difference where you are, you got the Kingdom is in you and you ought to be taking the Kingdom to the world

a)      We’ve have brought people to church to get saved and healed, but not so in the Kingdom, the Kingdom is in you to go out there and you can take the church out there and heal the sick and raise the dead

3)       You are supposed to be out in the world, you were placed there on purpose

a)      Jesus ate with the tax collectors and the sinners

b)      I don’t know who you don’t like, but God loves them

c)      Now everybody wants to come and work for the church because they don’t think they’re supposed to be at that job

d)      Satan did that to keep you from out there in the world, he doesn’t want you to have that harvest

b.      Signs follow you (Isaiah 8:18)

1)       The main reason why people don’t have signs following them is because they don’t believe

c.      God was working with them – not apart from them

d.      He confirmed the Word

1)       They didn’t confirm Word, God did

2)       They just spoke the Word, and God confirmed it

3.      We are supposed to manifest the works of God everywhere we go and be blessing the whole Earth 

a.      We are supposed to be destroying that curse everywhere we go

C.     Not only are we sent with the same assignment, but we are equipped with the same power to carry out and complete that assignment

1.      We have everything in us that Jesus had in him; we have the Kingdom of God, God’s system and His way of doing things and that will enable us to manifest that Garden of Eden every where we go (John 14:10-12, Acts 1:6-8, 1 John 4:4)

2.      We are the answer to the problem.  We were created to solve problems.  We were created to reverse and destroy that curse.  We are the carriers of God.  And Greater is He that’s in us than He that’s in the world.

D.     Matthew 5:13-16 – We are the salt of the Earth 

1.      Salt preserves and protections from corruption – We are here to preserve and protect from corruption

2.      I am the light of the world and I wasn’t created to be hiding in some church somewhere.  I was created to be out in the world working the Kingdom of God and changing the world.

3.      I was created to the let the power of God manifest through so that the world will see and glorify God.
